Our M1+ Electric Scooter comes with a 1-year manufacture's warranty.

We’ll happily repair/replace any and all faults/faulty parts not caused by wear and tear within the first 30 days of receiving your eScooter or eBike. This includes sending the replacement parts to be fitted by yourself, collecting your order so that parts can be fitted at our EnviroRides Depot or an exchange to be carried out. This also includes the cost of collection and redelivery should your order need to be returned.

After the first 30-day period, the warranty will switch to our manufacture's warranty, which covers the following components.

Frame (1 Year)
Battery (1 Year)
Controller Unit or Units (1 Year)
Motors (1 Year)

Any components not listed above fall into our wear and tear category and will therefore not be covered under warranty.

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 10am will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next day. Orders after 10am on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. All orders are dispatched with next day delivery, although this is not guaranteed.

We advise allowing 1–3 working days for delivery, and 2-4 working days for any N.I or International orders. This excludes weekends and holidays.

Orders will be dispatched to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Please note, EnviroRides is not responsible for any lost orders due to incorrect shipping details provided. Please double-check, if you notice a mistake then please contact us immediately at help@envirorides.co.uk, so we can inform our trusted couriers.

All the specification for this eScooter are based on tests at optimal conditions. Speeds and distances may vary depending on rider's weight, battery level, terrain, weather and temperature. Additional weight can see a reduction of up to 10% on listed specifications.

Electric scooters are not to be used on footpaths, cycle lanes or roads in the UK. It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure that you operate your e-scooter within all country and local laws. The customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products and holds EnviroRides and all those associated free from any liability caused by their use.
