How does Klarna work?

Klarna offer multiple interest-free Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL or Pay Over Time options:

Pay in 3
This option allows you to spread the cost of your purchase into 3 equal interest-free and instalments. The first payment is made at point of purchase, with remaining instalments scheduled automatically every 30 days.

Pay in 30 days
With Pay in 30 days, you have up to 30 days to pay for your goods after they are shipped, with no interest. This means you can return the items if they’re not what you expected or need, without any money leaving your bank account.

Pay over 6-Months
Spread the cost of your purchase into 6 monthly payments with Klarna’s financing option. Instead of paying everything upfront, you can enjoy your order now and pay it off over time — with no hidden fees and a simple monthly schedule. Pay over 12-Months

How do I use Klarna?

Simply shop online or in-store (where available) and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout, choose Klarna as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Klarna and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Klarna. A minimum purchase amount may apply, and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

What happens if I make a return?

If you return some or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as the online store processes your return. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Log into your Klarna account and select “Report a return” so that your statement is paused. As soon as the retailer has registered your return, we will send an adjusted invoice.

Is my payment information safe?

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by EnviroRides. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols
