EnviroRides provides electric scooter servicing and repairs from our workshop in Ashford, Kent. Our experienced technical team supports EnviroRides models with mechanical and technical repairs, including punctures, brakes, electrical faults, motors and general maintenance.
We can also carry out basic mechanical repairs on many other eScooter brands, including tyre and inner-tube changes, puncture repairs, brake pads, cables and discs. Because parts and electrical systems vary between manufacturers, technical or electrical repairs on non-EnviroRides scooters are not available. Please email services@envirorides.co.uk or call 01233 557647 before travelling so we can confirm that we can help and arrange a drop-off time.

Ashford workshop drop-off and local repairs
Our workshop is located at 46 County Square, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1YE. Drop-offs are by prior arrangement only, Monday to Friday, so please email or call before visiting.
Local drop-off repairs normally take 2–7 working days, depending on the extent of the work, parts availability and workshop workload. We will confirm the expected turnaround after inspecting your scooter.
We support customers from Ashford and across Kent, including Canterbury, Folkestone, Dover, Maidstone and the surrounding areas.

Collection and redelivery fees apply to servicing and repair bookings:

These courier prices are provided by FedEx. You may use a private courier at your own risk. EnviroRides is charged £10 for every failed collection; this fee will be added to the final invoice.
Please package your scooter securely. EnviroRides cannot accept liability for damage caused in transit by inadequate packaging.
Courier repairs and condition
For scooters collected and redelivered by courier, please allow 10–14 working days for servicing and repair work. An additional cleaning fee may apply if a scooter arrives in a condition that prevents our technicians from starting work safely.

We can source model-specific replacement parts and carry out technical or electrical repairs only for electric scooters and legacy electric bikes sold by EnviroRides. For other eScooter brands, we may be able to help with basic mechanical work such as tyres and brakes.
