We’re so confident that you’ll love your new EnviroRide, we offer a 30-day return policy and a max travel distance of 5 km for all eScooters and eBikes (All odometers are logged once pre dispatch testing is complete). Please note, a fixed return fee will be deducted on unwanted returns. Please see the fee’s for returning eScooters and eBikes below

Please note, the 30 days return period and the 5 km travel distance is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as un-ridden (up to 5 km logged on the eScooter’s odometer.) All odometers are logged before dispatch. If the eScooter or eBike has been misused by the customer, then the return is void. To initiate a return, please complete our Returns & Refunds Process Form.
Please note, our EnviroRides Return Policy does not cover the cost of replacement packaging if the original packaging has been disposed off.
EnviroRides hold no liability for any damage sustained to your eScooter or eBike during return transit due to poor packaging, the customer is solely responsible for packaging the eScooter or eBike securely so that it is safe to handle for all those involved.
Please see below an example of a poorly packaged returns, packages such as these will not be covered by EnviroRides and will void a refund.
For accessories and parts, we offer a 30-day return policy. The item needs to be unused and returned to the seller at our EnviroRides Depot. Orders need to be returned in the original packaging. Images highlighting the condition of the return will need to be provided by email or through our Returns & Refunds Process Form prior to an agreed return and refund
How to initiate a return?
We’re sorry that you didn’t love your EnviroRide. To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information, or alternatively, complete our Returns & Refunds Process Form.

- Reason for return
- Photographs of the eScooter or eBike (You must show the eScooter or eBIke in “as new” condition, images of the eScooters/eBike odometer and the tyres along with all accessories and extras must be included.

Once our EnviroRides Team have examined the images, we will assess whether the return will be accepted. If accepted, your eScooter or eBike will be booked for collection with our third party courier. Either EnviroRides or our courier will provide you with a label for shipping and our trusted couriers will collect your eScooter or eBike, and a receipt will be provided at the time of collection. Once your eScooter or eBike has arrived at our EnviroRides Depot, our experienced Technical Team will carry out a final assessment to ensure the eScooter or eBike hasn’t exceeded its distance and that’s there’s no damage which wasn’t mentioned prior to accepting the return. Please note, if you withhold information regarding damage sustained on your return, then an additional fee may be withdrawn from your refund to cover the repairs or decrease in resale value.
Any missing parts, damage or dirt resulting in a reduction in the retail value of the products will result in an equivalent deduction in your refund amount. Please see the information below for an indication of the refund deductions – but please note, the loss in value caused by any excessive use or handling of the product will always be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note, all refunds are issued once your returned order has been accounted for and assessed at our EnviroRides Depot. Refunds can take 1-7 working days depending on your banking provider, EnviroRides has no control over the time period in which your funds return.
